Orchard Care Homes are seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive to join our existing marketing team. This a newly created position which offers the opportunity to grow and develop within the team and be part of an award-winning group with 23 care homes across the North and Central England.

Insight into the role…

The Digital Marketing Executive will support the development and delivery of high-quality, shareable digital content and external campaigns that raise brand awareness and build advocacy with the Orchard Care Homes brand. 

Working closely with the team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of activities including the production of external AV and photography content, developing and publishing engaging digital content, supporting our network of care homes with the promotion of their homes online (social media) and additional ad-hoc requests from other teams within the group. 

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will also support the monitoring and development of PPC advertising, paid social media and creating SEO-optimised content for the website to ensure our digital campaigns are successful and on-trend.

Your skills and experience...
•    Previous experience in a similar role.
•    Experienced writing engaging, shareable content with an understanding of SEO.
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders.
•    Strong analytical skills.

Due to the nature of this role, ad-hoc travel to care homes will be required and therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.

What we offer…
•    Annual salary of up to £26k DOE
•    25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
•    Hybrid role, with the expectation to work in our head office in Harrogate as and when required.
